Looking at my stream of consciousness the column that has more words is the loving one. It is a surprise because honestly I’m stressed through the whole day and is not just when I arrive home that I feel relaxed. I don’t know if it’s me but I find it very hard to accomplish with many things throughout the day. Although, I also considered myself a happy and friendly person and I’m very respectful with everyone. I consider that I really love to study and that is the reason I’m still studying. I believe that God always comes first and then my family. I really love to spend time with the family and share many experiences with my friends. I enjoyed doing this activity because it helped me to know what my likes or dislikes are. I hope I can use this activity as a strategy in my teaching. 

This activity helped me a lot when having to be a movie critic because this reviews were like models for me to follow. When I wrote my reviews I had in mind the way this authors wrotte their reviews. It really helped me to focus on the main important points in a movie and to include all the elements that should be integrated so the reader has a better idea before seeing the movie. This activity was fun and educative at the same time.

The Lovely Bones is a 2009 American supernatural drama film directed by Peter Jackson. It is a film adaptation of the award-winning and best-selling 2002 novel of the same name by Alice Sebold. The film stars Saoirse Ronan as Susie Salmon, alongside Mark Wahlberg and Rachel Weisz as Susie's parents Jack and Abigail Salmon. The film also stars Susan Sarandon, Amanda Michalka and Stanley Tucci. The film received various accolades, including a Golden Globe, Screen Actors Guild, BAFTA and Academy Award nominations.

Jackson and his producer partners acquired the rights independently and developed a script on their own, later selling it to DreamWorks. Plot 
Susie Salmon (Saoirse Ronan), a 14 year old girl that dreams becoming a photographer had a crush on a boy Ray Singh (Reece Ritchie). One day he goes to her locker and he slips a note into her textbook. Susie walks home from school were her neighbor George Harvey (Stanley Tucci) coaxes her into the underground den. She starts to feel uncomfortable and wants to leave but he grabs her, then scene fades and she is seen running past a classmate Ruth Connors (Carolyn Dando). Her mother Abigail and father jack are worried so they start to search for her and call the police. When Susie realizes that she had never escape the den and was murdered by Harvey, she runs home and finds Harvey soaked in a bathtub. After she sees her bracelet hanging on the sink faucet near a bloody shaving razor, she is pulled into the “In- Between” (neither Heaven nor Earth) where she can actually watch over her love ones. A friend Holly (Nikki SooHoo) urges her to move on and let go of her past life. Detective Len Fenerman (Michael Imperioli) investigates Susie’s disappearance but Jack thinks someone he knew must of murder Susie. He researches his neighbors and comes to think that Harvey is the Killer. Harvey was interviewed but didn't had any evidence that could point out he was the murder. Susie's sister, Lindsey (Rose McIver) also agrees with her father. Jack tries to help the family and invites Abigail’s alcoholic mother Lynn (Susan Sarandon) to move into the family. Then, Abigail couldn't take it anymore and leaves to California. Susie in her afterlife learns that Harvey’s next victim is Lindsey and that he has murdered seven other girls, including Holly. Also, she sees her body stuffed in a safe in his basement. One night jack carries a bat into the cornfield and stumbles with Clarissa’s (Amanda Michalka) (Susie's friend) boyfriend Brian (Jake Abel). Brian thinks his girlfriend is being assaulted and bits jack almost to death and Harvey was hidden in a spot watching everything. Lindsey brakes into Harvey’s house looking for evidence and finds out a notebook containing sketches of the den, a lock of Susie’s hair and news articles about Susie disappearance. Harvey flees, taking the safe with Susie’s remains with him.      


opinion
I can’t tell you more than this brief description because I can spoil it for you but I wish that you all have the chance to see this movie. For me it was very astonishing especially because I have two young sisters and it really affected the way I look after them. After I saw this movie I was very protective with my sisters and would not leave them alone not only for a minute. This movie taught me that when being in charge of children we should be very responsible and attentive. The lesson learned here is to have malice of things but not to the point of exaggerating but be aware of the danger in the streets. I think that we should no restrain our kids from participating of activities and sharing with friends but we should be careful and alert of anything that could put them in danger or harm them.

Plot 
Smurfs are preparing a surprise party for Smurfette’s and they don’t want her to find out so they keep it a secret. She takes this as if they didn't remember her birthday. Gargamel is now a star attraction and is running low on Smurf essence that give him magic powers so with his new creations the Naughties Vexy and Hackus plans to kidnap Smurfette by using the Eiffel tower as a conduit and through her get Papa Smurf secret formula for creating Smurfs. Gargamel takes Vexy and sends her through to the portal to grab Smurfette and bring her to Paris. One of the Smurfs saw when Vexy takes Smurfette’s and tells Papa Smurf. Papa Smurf creates magic crystals that when they swallowed them could travel directly to Patrick Winslow’s residence in New York. They arrive at the apartment after the celebration of Blue’s fourth birthday. When they arrive Patrick’s stepfather Victor Doyle (a man who is constant embarrassment to Patrick) was defensive because he thought they could harm him or Blue so he tried to kill them. Then, Patrick tells his stepfather that he knows them and that they are no harm. The Smurfs inform Grace, Patrick and Victor about how Gargamel took Smurfette and if they could help them. As soon as they are aware they head off to discover where Gargamel is and find out he was in Paris. After they arrived in Paris Grace, Patrick and Victor try to distract Gargamel while the Smurfs sneak backstage to discover Gagamel’s plan. Gargamel tries to convince Smurfette that Papa Smurf had no interest in her because he didn't even remember his birthday. Still Smurfette doesn't give Gargamel the secret formula until she sees that the Naughties are dying due to lack of Smurf essence. She was faced without an alternative to safe them so she quickly writes down the formula to Gargamel. He mixes it up and turns the Naughties into real Smurfs. After he they become Smurfs, the evil wizard puts them into a Smurfalator so he can carry out the rest of his plan.  
Opinion
I didn't like the Smurfs 2 because it’s like the first one. When I saw this movie I was just waiting for it to be over. Although, my young sisters enjoyed it nothing that happened in the movie was a surprise to me. I thought it was going to be completely different from the first one but it was very alike so it was not that fun. If you ask me if I could see this movie again I would say no. 

The sun rises and I feel the heat. My lips were very dry and salty and I almost felt if I was going to dehydrate. This was a moment were you can realize that some kind of force let you live. I was pushed by something so hard and couldn't control my body movements, just pass through the experience. All I could do at that moment was to ask myself, am I going to live or this is it?  Then, I closed my eyes and told myself “this is it”. How did this happen to me? Why would life be done for me this way? Suddenly, I remember the advice my aunt gave to me that day in the morning before arriving to this place but I didn't pay attention to her words. I was in a hurry to get early to the place and was to busy to listen to her. After everything ended I learned the lesson. I almost lost my life but now I know how important is to listen to someone who really loves you and cares about you. I told my aunt the experience I went through and she said “I’m glad that you are OK and that you learned that when I alarm you about something is because I know it is dangerous”. These words were so strong to me that now when I go out with my friends I always stop and listen to what she has to say.  

My first car was definitely fast and small. I’d never thought that my first car was going to be that old. When this car was made I wasn't even born.  Just imagine a blue car, antique, unique, and very easy to drive. There were people from all over my neighbor shouting at me and saying goodbye. First, I thought they were waving at me but later I notice that it was at my car. They found this Honda Civic 1979 a very funny car and a relic. I didn't mind that people were impressed with my car because it made me feel very important. I was very happy with my new car although it wasn't all that new, but I also found it kind of funny and it matched with my personality. We became very good friends I hanged out almost every day with him. I would make excuses just to go buy anything at the store near my house because since it was my first car I wanted to use it all the time. This car as funny as it looked was very cheap. I only had to pay thirteen dollars to fill up his tanker. I realized that this gift that my father gave to me for my birthday was very precious so I had to take really good care of it. Later on, after time passed I had to spend some money on the car to fix some things that were not working well. Right now, I still have my first car at my father’s house and he bought me a more modern one. My feelings for my first car have never disappeared. I still love my little blue Honda and I think I am never going to sell it. This car symbolizes my relationship with my father since he is a freak with antique cars and this is something we share in common. 

I see a woman well dressed in a blue tight short dress. She is wearing high heels, which they look easy to walk. Her heels are like the color of her skin. She looks white but with a little tan. Also she has a watch which is very beautiful and it matches with her clothes. What I love about her is that she has long hair that looks very manageable. She has done a beautiful makeup. I can see how she shapes her eyebrows with shade and how she colored her lips with a delicate color that does not stands out. She has these big lashes that make her eyes bigger. She has a natural shade on her eyes that combines with her eye color. She is leaning toward a white wall where her figure stands out because of the color of her dress. She looks relaxed and trying to pose for a picture to be taken. I notice this because she has her right hand up to her head. She looks like a model trying to sell this fashion dress. I also see that where she is at is like a house that is completely painted white inside of it. It has these rustic lamps on above her head, which are very unique. I notice that she is not wearing a lot of jewelry. She has simple earrings and a ring that matches her dress. I think that she chose a very proper dress that can be used in any occasion but if I wore it I will use it to a special romantic date.

Should marijuana use be legal? This is a question that many people all over the world argue about. In this case, the Debate Club in an article titled ""Should Marijuana use be legal?"" points out what are some of the arguments of many critics from legalizing the use of marijuana for non-medical purposes. Many people say that the marijuana is no more dangerous than the alcohol use. Others say that if the marijuana is legalized will increase the use of it among young people. Furthermore, others worry about people driving under the effects of this drug. This is a problematic that we should really consider before making any move because this would not only affect the young people but the world indeed. People think that this is a simple decision but I think it takes more than just deciding if we’ll legalize it or not. This decision can affect many aspects of our society. For example, critics talk about how this decision will affect the tourism industry. In case of Colorado the passage of Amendment 64 talks about removing the prohibition on commercial production, distribution and possession of marijuana for non-medical purposes. In fact in another article from the internet under the tab “markets”, people are questioning this move because they think that many tourists will flock to the state to enjoy this new freedom. They are considering the fact that it is possible that the rate of tourism get higher. However, in case of Puerto Rico politics are arguing about the results of the prohibition of the alcohol before and how this lead to disastrous results. They think that the best solution for addressing this issue is not to prohibit the use of the marijuana because it would increase the illegal trade, violence and corruption. This doesn't mean that the governor García Padilla is in favor of legalizing the use but it is an issue that furthermore will be seen in the senate. Nevertheless, the audience in the senate will take into consideration that a person over 21 years old will be given the chance to use one ounce. In despite, I think that things should stay the way they are because up to now everything has function the way it is supposed to and yes there are people that illegally use it and contribute to the smuggling but if we legalize it we won’t have control of it. I think things would get worse and all of the sudden the use of the marijuana will become as an every day routine. It will be like drinking a cup of coffee every morning. Society may become so addicted to it and it will have a greater effect on the economy of the country and the world indeed. As I mentioned before this is not an easy decision, we should consider all the possible consequences of it and then try to come up with solutions that can solve the problem in its entirety.
